This land is very well located right next to a big dam, namely Kwena dam/ Braam dam close to Nelspruit & Lydenburg area.
The land is 4 ha in size and is flat. It can be easily developed into a great fishing and boating resort. We have fished and camped in the area with our 1850 panache and the dam is in immaculate condition. Great for skiing, parasailing, tubing and fishing. We have done all of the above on this dam with great success.
Really a hidden jewel in the area!
Build your retirement house there with a few caravan sites and chalets and you will do very well. There is no real resort of vacation spots in the area with such a nice dam on the boundary. This is a great benefit!
