The House is built above a small stream which drops off into a spectacular Gorge +-100m from the House. There is a large Pool at the bottom of the Gorge for that hot sunny days and a more accessible Pool upstream.

The buffalo herd is enclosed in a small breeding camp and do not have access to the greater extent of the reserve.

The Reserve is managed by a Board of Shareholders, a Management Team including qualified Game Rangers, Maintenance and Security Teams. This ensures a secure and stress-free enjoyment of a beautiful expanse of natural bushveld and wilderness.

Electricity: The reserve functions on a prepaid meter system, and cards with units loaded can be purchased at the gate.
Water: Water usage is included in the monthly levy.

It needs to be mentioned that there is a cleaning service which can be hired to do a clean of the property prior to your arrival

There are 24 hour Security. The Main Gate is always guarded and closed at night. All Guests are required to sign in. The Property is fully Fenced (Electric for Game) and there is a Staff of Rangers who patrol the Property, mainly to deter Poachers.

The ranch is ideal for mountain biking, has a number of marked hiking trails and overnight huts that could be used, fishing, flying (it has a simple airstrip), bird hides (there are more than 300 species of birds on the property) and game spotting platforms. There are two chlorinated swimming pools at different points on the ranch for general use, various picnic spots and braai facilities at points with great vistas and many kilometres of scenic track.

Ownership structure
There is a board of trustees drawn from the shareholders who are ultimately responsible for all decisions related to the ranch.
