Well known Mari-Yans Guest Houses at Gariepdam, since 1 July 1999. Six Houses & Office building. Guest houses consist of 7 self-catering well equip flats & 4 houses. (45 single beds & 8 double beds) 2 Units for paraplegic`s. Owners living house can also be used as an extra guest house. 43.2 Lithium-ion battery solar power system and bore hole at owner`s house. Huge & healthy client base, including 2 Government departments which stay regular throughout the year for the past 10 years. Overseas guests are also regulars during November - February.
